As part of a Pre Incubation Program, REVA NEST Organized a Session on "Let's Define Your Team". The Resource Person Dr. T L Srinath (Founder, GenoPhe Biotech Pvt Ltd. & Mentor, REVA NEST) explained the importance of the team and organizational structure for the startup companies. This program was for the REVA NEST Pre-Incubation Teams. It highlighted the importance of Core team members and external resources for the companies.
